Functional Training

The Functional Training class is designed to enhance your quality of life by increasing your ability to move, produce more force, and increase your daily energy. Every session comes with a methodically selected group of exercises specifically tailored to develop your body as a whole. Whether it’s pushing, pulling, or carrying, the exercises taught will enhance your life in ways you can’t imagine. The techniques taught in this class can be felt in as little as 2 minute with tangible physical results showing in a matter of 1-3 sessions. This class is in a league of its own with respect to programming based on kinesiology backed science.

Boxing

This Boxing class is designed to teach all skill and fitness levels how to box. In this class not only will you learn the proper technical components of boxing but every session guarantees to deliver high intensity conditioning that will drive you to amazing physical results. Programming is designed by Alex Baez, a Montreal elite status Boxing Coach.

HIIT

If you prefer to keep moving and break a serious sweat, this High Intensity Interval Training class is definitely the right choice. HIIT is designed to get your metabolic conditioning through the roof as you perform multiple circuit and time intervals to drive the highest cardiovascular and muscular demands. This class is fully scalable and all fitness levels are encouraged to try.

Mobility

Embark on a transformative journey in our Mobility Class. Led by expert instructors, this session focuses on enhancing agility and strength through targeted exercises. Starting with mindful warm-ups, we progress through dynamic movements to improve joint flexibility and stability. Each exercise is carefully crafted to promote functional strength and alignment, ensuring a safe and effective workout. With personalized attention and emphasis on proper form, participants leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered. Join us to unlock your body's full potential.

You have a program you want to follow? You can't make the class time today? Come to our Open Gym time slots andget a workout in! Use our punching bags for a boxing session, do our workout of the day written on our board, or come up with your own workout and make sure you stay active!
