Roberto started practicing martial arts and training people in it back in 2000. The training methods were functional, performed at high intensity, and varied. He got interested in CrossFit in 2006 and has been certified level 2 since 2009. He trained thousands of people since he started using the CrossFit method of training, in both group classes and personal training. He is one of the most experienced CrossFit trainers in the area. He has trained people in multiple sports and modalities, from bodybuilding to CrossFit, to mountain climbing to synchronized swimming, and everything in between.
Focusing more on functional training and performance, his extensive knowledge of the human body and how it reacts to training will make you level up your fitness level in a safe and functional way.
