If you prefer to keep moving and break a serious sweat, this high intensity interval class is definitely the right choice. High intensity interval training is designed to get your metabolic conditioning through the roof as you perform multiple circuit and time intervals to drive the highest cardiovascular and muscular demands. This class is fully scalable and all fitness levels are encouraged to try.

Cancellation Policy
Due to capacity issues we ask that all members please cancel your bookings in advance (>3 Hours) if you know you are not coming. We have a waitlist set up so someone else will be notified if you cancel. This is the best way to ensure someone else can benefit from your slot. Thank you. PS. If you consistently no show, we will speak with you in person.
